Highwood Nursery – Brockenhurst College has an opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated and enthusiastic team based in Brockenhurst. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £18,350-£23,270.00 per annum depending on experience and qualifications held. 

We are a high-achieving college who attract around 2,800 sixth form students across the region each year. We are based within the stunning New Forest National Park and offer our students a huge range of courses and superb facilities and Highwood Nursery is on our main campus.

The Early Years Practitioner role

We would like to welcome an Early Years Practitioner (full-time permanent) to our established and friendly nursery team in Brockenhurst. Highwood Nursery is located in the New Forest and close to the village centre. There are places for babies, toddlers and children up to the age of five years.

Highwood Nursery is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and we are on the journey to outstanding, so this is an exciting time to join us. You will work as part of a team to deliver high quality standards of childcare across the nursery, promoting partnerships with families and ensuring every child thrives in a safe and secure setting, providing sound foundations for life. The whole team is committed to providing an excellent standard of care which makes the children feel confident, secure and motivated.
