Brockenhurst College is seeking two enthusiastic and experienced Team Leaders to support our busy enrolment period. You will be responsible for leading a team of 11 temporary staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and delivering a high standard of service to our prospective students.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of enrolment temps throughout the enrolment period.
  • Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to ensure team members are confident in their roles.
  • Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain high service standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for queries and escalate issues where necessary.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and motivate a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.

This is a temporary role for up to 4.5 weeks, starting 20th August 2025, ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a short time.
