As the Functional Skills English Lecturer, you will be teaching at different levels across the college. You will work closely with other colleagues to respond to the needs of students. Organisational skills, developing resources and flexibility are key for this role.
Key responsibilities, skills and attitudes
- Qualified teachers status / qualification
- Degree or equivalent qualification in English or relevant subject
- L5 subject specialism preferable
- Excellent teaching skills in Functional Skills English
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Flexible and adaptable attitude to work with students of all ages on different sites
