Are you enthusiastic, caring, and eager to begin a rewarding career working with young children? Highwood Nursery is looking for a dedicated and motivated Early Years Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in a nurturing nursery environment while working towards a recognised Early Years qualification. You will learn from experienced practitioners and develop the skills needed to build a successful career in childcare.

About the Role
As an Early Years Apprentice, you will:
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through play and planned activities.
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and record children's progress under the guidance of experienced staff.
- Complete apprenticeship training and coursework alongside your practical experience.
