We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of School Liaison, Transition and Progression to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £38,237-£40,568 per annum.

The Head of School Liaison, Transition and Progression leads strategies and operations to increase student recruitment by building strong relationships with partner schools, delivering targeted outreach and conversion activities, and supporting applicants to make a successful transition to college. The role also ensures smooth and positive internal progression for current learners, working collaboratively with curriculum teams.

Progression Advisor

Here at Brockenhurst College, we are looking to recruit a Progression Advisor on a part time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,834 - £27,211 per annum (pro-rata, DOE).

We are a high-achieving college who attract around 2,800 sixth form students across the region each year. We are based within the stunning New Forest National Park and offer our students a huge range of courses and superb facilities.

The Progression Advisor Role:

As our Progression Advisor, you will provide effective support for our Admissions and School Liaison activities, carrying out applicant interviews, and supporting the School Liaison team with in-school and on-site events. An important part of this role is to engage with applicants, their parents/carers and external partners to communicate the values and mission of the College, and by doing so increase the conversion of applicants.

Here at Brockenhurst College, we are looking to recruit a Director of Skills and Employability on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £59,827 - £63,101 per annum DOE.

As our Director of Skills and Employability, you will provide strong strategic leadership for the Directorate, driving the College’s skills agenda and forging strong partnerships with employers, higher education institutions, and civic and government stakeholders to ensure the College meets local, regional, and national skills needs. They will lead the College’s industry engagement, work placement, and employability provision, delivering high-quality, inclusive, and impactful programmes that enable students across all provision types to build social and cultural capital and progress to positive destinations.

Exams Officer
